Snooks is a New York Times best-selling author. The Sitch published a book that's basically a guide to avoid grenades and get your GTL on. Even JWOWW wrote a book about her rules to land a man and stay "fresh to death." So it's only fitting that another member of the Jersey Shore comes out with a book. And this one has a lot of heart and a message that millions can relate too. We're talking 'bout Vinny Guadagnino's self-help book, "Control the Crazy: My Plan to Stop Stressing, Avoid Drama, and Maintain Inner Cool," which will be out on April 17 but you can pre-order it on Amazon now.
Below is the cover, which Remote Control gave us a first look at earlier today. He looks so polished! So grown-up! Go Vin!

Vinny's book will detail his stress and anxiety and give advice on how to handle it all when the world feels like it's on top of your shoulders. And we have a feeling a lot of people will be able to relate to the book. According to Half Of Us, anxiety disorders are the most common mental health conditions and affect about 18% of Americans. He also share stories 'bout his childhood and being on one of MTV's most popular TV Shows amongst other things. Vinny also told Entertainment Weekly that the book will have LOL-worthy stories -- I hope they include Pauly D.! He also revealed to EW about the book:
"That’s why I was happy to shed light on it [dealing with stress and anxiety]. Sometimes you feel like this and you’re like, 'What the hell is wrong with me?' The main message here is that I’ve overcome this. I’m not really an anxious person 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. I go through [it] sometimes and I use what I learn to overcome it."
Vinny made the big decision to leave the Jersey Shore house earlier this season to deal with his anxiety and stress. Watch the video below of Vinny explaining why he decided to peace outta Jersey and how he dealt with his emotional health. And weigh in our poll below too!
