+Watch “Teen Mom 2″ cast on managing relationships.

Leah, who recently divorced Corey, talks about wanting to make a relationship last when you’ve had kids with someone, but how that doesn’t always work out. Kailyn chimes in to talk about the struggles of juggling so many things as a young mom — kid(s), work, school, relationships and me-time.

Chelsea, who’s had many ups and downs with on-again-off-again bf Adam, had some sage advice. “If you’re not happy with yourself, then you’re not going to be happy in a relationship,” she says. “When you’re not happy with yourself, and you start dating someone that’s going to put you down all the time, you start to believe all the mean things that they say about you. “Guys aren’t supposed to make you cry, they’re supposed to make you smile,” Jenelle pipes up. ’Course, that goes both ways, and whether you’re in a relationship with a guy or a girl, what matters is that it’s an emotionally, physically and mentally healthy relationship.
