While you may know her best for her work on The Vampire Diaries, Nina Dobrev is so much more than her characters Elena and Katherine. For starters, did you know she’ll be in the film adaptation of The Perks of Being a Wallflower with Emma Watson and Paul Rudd? And if that doesn’t keep her busy enough, the Bulgaria-born beauty also joined forces with the nonprofit organizations Free the Children, which empowers youth to make a difference and Project Pink, which helps in the fight against breast cancer.
Nina was just in New York, kicking off National Breast Cancer Awareness Month and gave us the scoop on her philanthropic involvement, her new film and why it’s super important for her to give back. Watch below:
