Usher‘s “Yeah!” turns 10 years old today, which means it’s been a decade since you first bent over to the front and touched your toes and did other things on the dance floor yo’ mama would be ashamed of.
Good thing we didn’t have Instagram back then, or our freaky dance moves would be immortalized forever.
+ I dare you not to wanna get low while you watch Usher’s “Yeah.”
Ten years later, Usher’s still makin’ hits, and loud-mouthed football fans at bars still shout Lil Jon‘s tagline, “YEAH!” after their favorite team scores a touchdown.
Outside of dropping hit after hit and discovering the secret to not aging (unicorn tears?), one of Usher’s greatest accomplishments since releasing “Yeah!” was signing Justin Bieber. He even beat out Justin Timberlake to do it.
(And rest assured, throughout all of The Biebs’ recent drama, Urrrshuuur is still makin’ bank off of him.)
Usher never stops making music, never stops making money, and — most importantly — never stops giving back. He’s recently used his voice to fight global poverty with the ONE campaign:
According to UNICEF, 22,000 children die every day due to poverty. And do you know that 1 in 8 people in the world are always hungry?
“Do you believe a song can change the world?” Usher asked his followers when he joined up with ONE. The response is, obviously, “YEAH!” Follow the action link below to help use music to save the world.
