As we searched through old picture albums in honor of #ThrowbackThursday, we uncovered THE most adorbs throwback of Glee’s Lea Michele! Posing alongside her mom and dad, Lea is striking a pose, embracing her inner Broadway star/Rachel Berry!
Although 2013 was quite a tough year for the “Glee” star, she recently began her new chapter by revealing the first single from her new album, Louder, due out next year! The hype is already building over the release of the song “Cannonball”, which Rolling Stone called “instantly memorable.” After the passing of Cory, Lea credits the advice from Stevie Nicks that boosted her through that tragic time.
Lea told MTV News, ”I had so many amazing people reach out to me, there for me through all of this. And I had the pleasure of having Miss Stevie Nicks call me when Cory passed away and she was so wonderful. She sent me the most beautiful letter, as well a necklace that was hers and a book, a beautiful book of pictures.”
When tragedies occur, it can become so painful to endure, but there are always people out there who will be there to support you. If you are feeling like you need a little extra support, or someone to talk to, head on over to Half of Us, where there is always someone who will be there to listen.
A huge congrats to Lea on the new single, and we can’t wait to hear more of the album!
