Usually when I hear the words “previously on 'Pretty Little Liars,'” I get really, really excited, you guys. While last night’s episode was excellent -- it featured Toby in a do-rag! -- it was definitely hard to watch as Troian Bellisario’s Spencer battled her relationship demons. There were crying jags, a sketchy PI was hired…it wasn’t pretty.

If you haven’t tuned in to ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars” yet, you’re probably experiencing a severe case of FOMO. The show is consistently lauded as one of television’s most social hours, and show runner I. Marlene King’s directorial debut was no exception. The “Misery”-inspired episode this week featured major tweet-worthy moments: from a shocking “A” confrontation to a cray mistress who went even further off the deep end.
