Just like at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards this past August in Los Angeles, Justin Bieber won Best Male and Lady Gaga won Best Female at Sunday night's 2011 MTV Europe Music Awards in Belfast.
Lady Gaga busted out her best Marilyn to serenade 65-year old birthday boy President Clinton with “Bill Romance” (a Bubba-friendly version of the racy hit tune) during the “A Decade of Difference” concert at the Hollywood Bowl in LA on Saturday -- then she headed backstage to bump elbows with the rest of A-list, including former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton.
