FROM MTV NEWS--Lady Gaga has never been shy to stump for political causes. She's stumped for marriage equality and spoke out against "Don't Ask, Don't Tell." Her Born This Way track "Americano" even touches on immigration issues, but just because she's currently pop music's most vocal advocate doesn't mean she'd want anything to do with actually holding public office.

Dear Trevor Project, Turning 13 is kinda awesome. You're, like, a teenager! Before you go out and celebrate this weekend, however, I just wanted to take a second and thank you for all the lives you've changed well before hitting the big 1-3. Happy Birthday, Trevor!

In face-to-toe houndstooth attire, Lady Gaga took a seat among the ladies of The View yesterday as special guest hostess with the mostess. Topics of conversation were all over the map (as to be expected), but you'd better believe Momma Monster found a way to drop wisdom and goodness throughout.

Which of these lovely ladies reigned our very first Act-Off supreme?

At last year's VMAs, Lady Gaga slapped some rib eye on her ribs, brisket on her boobs and a nice marbled sirloin on her hairpiece, creating a meaty ensemble that earned some closet space at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Now, a year later, with one latex egg crack and a few platform shoe crashes under her snakeskin belt, the Lady is set to grace the Video Music Awards stage again. Wanna be there to see for yourself what wardrobe shenanigans she's up to now?
