Seems like everyone's celebrating World Humanitarian Day, even the Biebs! The singer, with 12 million Twitter followers, took to his handle today to ask fans to tweet their favorite humanitarian causes, from Pencils of Promise to Save The Children. This year's WHD theme is "people helping people," and from browsing the tweets, there seems to be a whole lotta that goin' down.
