As teenage Canadian cancer patient Crystal Montgomery learned, Twitter campaigns can pay off. Last week a group of her BFFs began tweeting “#bieberforcrystal” in hopes that Justin Bieber, who was in the area, would stop by to see Crystal in the hospital.

There are lots of people who might fight over who’s the biggest Justin Bieber fan, but we all know Justin Bieber was the biggest Avalanna Routh fan. Avalanna, nicknamed Mrs. Bieber, was diagnosed with an atypical teratoid rhabdoid tumor, and sadly, she passed away last week.
