Yup, I'm still in awe over Demi Lovato's "Stay Strong" special. It was hands down, one of the best specials I've ever seen on the network and I've been watching MTV FOREVER, (like soooo back in the day, when they played music videos 24-7). Demi was raw, real and the fact that she shared her painful struggles with millions of viewers -- it just made people feel less alone. It made ME feel less alone. The night the special aired I read so many Tweets from people who said they could relate to Demi's hardships. However, one scene that really stood out to me didn't make the cut. During the aftershow for "Stray Strong" they showed an unaired clip in which Demi addresses bullies.

A lot has happened since announcing she'd be seeking treatment for an eating disorder back in November 2010. Demi Lovato has gone from struggling Disney starlet to matured singer selling out concert venues while on the road to recovery. Through it all, two words lend themselves perfectly to the message Demi hopes to pass along: stay strong.
