In addition to celebrating Hispanic Heritage itself, we've all got another reason to shake them hips this Hispanic Heritage Month--Shakira has been appointed by President Obama to serve in his administration! The Colombian-gone-International superstar is now a member of the President's Advisory Commission on Educational Excellence for Hispanics.
