Today is a day to remember and honor those lost 12 years ago, and Twitter is full of hashtags like #911, #NeverForget and #Heroes. Celebrities are also taking part, and we’ve put together some of their most poignant tweets.

New Yorker Lady Gaga saw the Towers fall from her school, making this especially emotional and personal to her. She Tweeted:

MTV’s own Andrew Jenks Tweeted a short vid he made in the past, “Millennials Will Never Forget”:
