You all know Sundance (which our own Joey Parker is attending to cover for us, BTW) but do you know Catdance?! AnnaLynne McCord hosted the feline film event in Park City, Utah, and if you’re jealz of her cute kitty-eared hat, she lets you know where you can buy it...and help out the ASPCA at the same time!
Cat lovin’ AnnaLynne Tweeted:
Catdance happened this past weekend, and it highlighted several short films that are all about ... well, cats of course! Cats already know they’re stars, so why not make them film stars, amirite?
But let’s talk about AnnaLynne’s adorbs hat. It was a perf fit for the evening, and the fact that it helps out the ASPCA makes it even better, as Ms. McCord herself points out. And like she said, if you buy the hat, you can rest well tonight knowing that every penny of your purchase goes to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The ASPCA has the distinction of being the first ever humane organization in the Western Hemisphere, and they’re as dedicated as ever to improving the lives of our furry friends!
If you’re not a hat person but want to follow AnnaLynne’s lead by helping animals, you could always check out other ways you can get involved with the ASPCA, like adopting a cat, reporting animal cruelty, or making sure your own pets (and your friends’ pets) are fixed. When you help out animals, you're just spreading all around good karma and giving Nyan Cat more fuel for his rainbow-colored journey. OK, maybe not the latter, but def the karma part!
