Justin Bieber’s charitable swagger has definitely rubbed off on his passionate fan army -- they are crazy organized, y’all -- and the latest action by some big-hearted Beliebers proves his crew really cares.
At a recent concert in Canada, the Biebz pulled 14-year-old Alexx Mowbray on-stage and handed her a signed acoustic guitar – which is enough to make most J.B. fans spontaneously combust from sheer joy and hysteria.
But Alexx not only managed to avoid a pop-idol-induced explosion, she and her sister, Kelsee Casagrande, immediately decided to honor Justin’s commitment to helping those in need by announcing their intention to auction off the precious instrument for charity!
I mean, c’moooooon – that’s amazeballz! Instead of running home to spoon the sacred guitar for hours on end or selling it on eBay for some serious shopping spree dough, these lovely Canucks are planning to raise money for the Stratford Food Bank in Bieber’s hometown -- it’s the same one he donated to this winter -- as well as Justin’s Believe Charity Drive.
"We never even thought of selling it and keeping the money," Mowbray told The Beacon Herald. "If it can save lives, that's more important than money. And I'll always have my memories."
Awwwww, that is so dang sweet it makes us wanna bust signature Biebz dance moves all over Act HQ. Bieber fever is clearly much more than the world’s most watched mop-top – way to get the 2012 started right, Beliebers!
