Trying to write a story about someones personal experiences overcoming their "inner demons" is hard. It's struggle because this story is about a young woman who we have all come to know and love--Demi Lovato.
Yesterday, nearly a year after checking into the treatment center, the starlet found herself inside the walls of Timberline Knolls, the place where she sought treatment for her physical and emotional issues.
Demi took to Twitter yesterday to write about her overcoming the experience and the importance of self-worth:

Demi spoke to the women seeking help at Timberline Knolls to let them know that it gets better:

And Demi is proof that "life does get easier." Last year, after checking out of the treatment center, Demi became very vocal about her experience. She spoke up for the Love Is Louder campaign and stated "Love is louder than the pressure to be perfect." She also raised her voice against bullying and was dubbed one of Act's Top 10 Celebs we were thankful for in 2011.
Demi, if you're reading this, thanks for being you.
