So you've got a bone to pick with the government -- an issue needs fixing, a problem needs addressing. Advocates advise: Contact Congress! We here at Act have advised the same ... yet when push came to shove, even we have often stopped short of making sure our good intentions are signed, sealed, delivered, en route to DC. A new mobile app, however, promises to make democratic participation easier than Angry Birds.

We aren't going to ask you to stop wexting (walking + texting) just yet (though please, clear the sidewalks and watch your step), but if you haven't nipped that texting-while-driving habit in the bud by now (and really, if you haven't, you're already behind the times), the National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS) has monetary prizes (thanks for The Allstate Foundation) as motivation to join its crusade.

Yes, that is the app's name and it's lets you play his infamous soundbites Yes, it is free. No, we will not judge you if you download it now.

I just stopped by the Online Music Awards Dance Marathon at Roxy night club on LA’s Sunset Strip at Hour 14 and I can safely say that these 13 die-hard dancers were still steppin’ it up like champs.
