In 2006, at the age of 15, Kristina Saffran and Liana Rosenman were undergoing treatment together for anorexia. The girls have since overcome their eating disorders and founded Project HEAL: Help to Eat, Accept and Live.

When we took our seats in NYC's Madison Square Garden Theatre for Trey Songz's Chapter V Tour, which also featured Miguel and Elle Varner, we knew two things: Trey Songz likes to take his shirt off; and, Miguel likes to take his shirt off. Lucky for us, both dudes happened to be in a giving mood that night. (I guess we made this year's nice list!)

Somaly Mam, the founder of SMF, was sold into slavery as a young girl in Cambodia, and Shay helps her mission to stop slavery in Cambodia and elsewhere.

Ne-Yo begs to “Let Me Love You” and the feeling is mutual over here at MTV Act. It’s hard not to love him back, especially with the work he does with his Compound Foundation to help kids in foster care and group homes. Making sure these kids get the same opportunities in life is super important to Ne-Yo, and right now he’s taking part in his sixth annual Giving Tour to bring the holidays to the kids he helps year-round.

Haven't heard of Chris Robinson? Dude, you've def. watched his music videos. NBD, He's directed vids for artists like Nicki Minaj, Drake, Usher, Alicia Keys, Kanye West and Ne-Yo. And he's using his ridiculous talents to pay it forward. This past summer he mentored a bunch of high school kids over the summer, who helped to create a commercial for Lil Wayne. We. Kid. You. Not.
