Unless you've been living in, I dunno Siberia, you've prolly heard about the documentary, "Bully." The film follows the story of five bullied students -- its blatant honesty and closeness really make it a compelling film. I'll admit it too: I cried more than Snooki at an international pickle festival. "Bully" exposes a lot of less discussed issues around bullying -- parents and teachers living in denial about their students being bullied, and that students are often afraid nothing will change even if they do speak up.

Young people from all over the country gathered at the nation's capital on Thursday (March 15) for the Campus Champions of Change event at the White House. All 15 finalists were  selected by a special White House committee AND invited by the President of the United States himself to well, come to his house! After a public vote, the top 5 vote-getters earned a seat alongside President Barack Obama during the event, in addition to an appearance on mtvU's The Dean List and this here feature on MTV Act!

To celebrate the relaunch of the Love is Louder website today,  the org asked people to submit videos to Your Love is Louder Video Festival. Love is Louder is  all about taking care of your emotional health, promoting acceptance and empowering others to support their peers. LIL wants people to  spread the message that Love is Louder than say -- hate, ignorance or fear. We know it's Valentine's Day and we're not trying to get cheesy here but love should conquer all every day! Back to the festival: videos that were submitted ranged from music videos to montages of #loveislouder pictures to personal stories. Two awesome videos from the festival have been selected to be featured on the homepage of Love is Louder today.
