AnnaLynne McCord’s character, Naomi Clark on 90210 is definitely the leader of the mean girl pack. And as convincing as she is in that role, it could be safe to assume the real life McCord is just as nasty, right? Errr, wrong! “I love her so very much but she is not like me at all,” explained 24-year old McCord about her “darling, evil” TV character.
We caught up with the chatty actress on the set of MTV’s 10 on Top (hence the green screen) and she kept it real with us. So real that we think #Truth should be replaced with #McCord. “I wasn’t happy,” admitted McCord about her self-described “young life crisis” of being an actress in LA. “I wanted to pack up all of my stuff from LA...I was being offered 90210 and I said no to the show, a few times. I just wanted to come back to New York and find a new passion.” A passion helping others through volunteering from building homes in New Orleans to to raising awareness to eradicate human trafficking.
