Katy Perry kissed One Direction‘s Niall and Harry, Rihanna and Chris Brown hugged it out, but it was Demi Lovato‘s lip-lock with a Moonman that got us all inspired! We’ve got a photo of the liplock, plus other fave moments from DrakeFrank Ocean and more.

+ Kevin Hart delivers Presidential address of sorts, promotes international interartist peace and equality.

During the opening monologue, Kevin Hart was introduced as “The Future President of the United States.” But like, you were probs screaming like he was when a fan fought through his little security. Don’t fret — it was just a joke. (Although I wonder what his campaign song would be…) The race is obvi down between Barack Obama and Mitt Romney — so if you gotta fret, fret because time is running out to get yo’ self registered. He also went on to (try to) squash the beef between Drake and Chris Brown, and gave Frank Ocean many of props for coming out earlier this year. Watch his “address” below:

Drizzy took home the Best Hip-Hop Video award for “HYFR” featuring Lil Wayne. After handing out a few thank yous, his speech took an inspiring turn. It went a little like this: “The video is about being me — being Black and Jewish. I used to go to this school, and I went to this house party this one time and when I showed up there there was a bunch of kids and I ended up getting made fun of,” Drake recounted. “But the point I want to make is, I want to dedicate this award to any kid who has every had a long walk by yourself. This is to you, man. We’ve made it, bitch!”

+ Frank Ocean stuns. Again.

As we mentioned, earlier in the night Kevin Hart acknowledged Frank’s bravery for coming out and disclosing his love for another man. The Odd Future crooner may have stunned a few with the news earlier this year, but what really stunned us was his performance of “Thinking ‘Bout You,” proving that talent is all it takes to be worthy of a shot on any stage — not who one loves. Break out in chills and watch below:
