Action Brief: Youth Homelessness

When you’re young and homeless, barely surviving and you have no way to get a job, an apartment or an education, how do you begin to build a life for yourself?

There are over 1.5 million homeless youth living on the streets, in shelters and couch surfing, in America. Despite the stereotypes, many of them are not addicts, hardened criminals or mentally ill. Every day, strangers turn a blind eye, telling themselves that the problems are just too big to fix. But what if they aren’t?

Are you ready to take action? Every action counts.
